Product marketeer (content and automation)

The product marketer at is responsible for improving our high velocity go-to-market model with primarily self-serve SaaS customers.

About this position is a software product that recruiters use to find 1 billion candidates across several online sources and help recruiters to engage candidates in a fully automated yet meaningful and personalized way. We are an early stage startup with a passion for building an impactful product.

The Job

We’re looking for a product marketer who can take ownership over the marketing engine at and who further develops our marketing activities and strategy.

The product is used by recruiters across the globe and has a strong variety of customers in terms of cultures and sentiment. But at the same time our target group of recruiters share a lot of similar behavior.

The product marketer is responsible for improving our high velocity go-to-market model with primarily self-serve SaaS customers. We have thousands of website visitors a day, all coming from organic content (not a single paid ad). We take pride in our quality website content.

You’ll do this and many more things:

  • Writing, lots of writing, you may use ChatGPT to help you out ;)
  • Setting up and improving marketing automation with tools like Zapier
  • Aligning cross-channel marketing; website, email, social
  • Improving marketing funnel with better content, messaging and targeting
  • Building and maintaining website pages (not required)
  • Potentially building out a team of marketeers


  • Must haves: hands on experience with highly automated marketing funnels, organic SEO, must be able to share a marketing portfolio (links to content/funnels/websites you created) 
  • Nice to haves: understanding of the recruitment industry, SaaS understanding, Webflow, Zapier, email automation, social media, automation with tools like GPT, affiliate marketing
  • English: speaking and writing fluently
  • Startup or scaleup experience preferable


  • 2-6 years experience in product marketing.

How we work (remote)

We are a remote-first team. We work both synchronously (overlapping work times) as async (no overlapping work times). Generally speaking, most of the time is synchronous so you can communicate real-time with team members.

We don’t cut on software costs which means you will have all the tools available that you need to do your work (Slack, automation software, other subscriptions).

We work with sprints of two weeks in which we finish our tickets (deliverables). Tickets are set every beginning of the sprint and estimated. We keep each other in check to whether we challenge ourselves hard enough and at the same time be realistic. 

We learn a bit more everyday on how to balance the right level of challenge and what’s realistic. That way we improve quickly as a team and as professionals.
