Customer support (product specialist)

We’re looking for a customer support representative who can help users and customers of our software to resolve issues and be more successful.

About this position

HeroHunt.ai is a software product that recruiters use to find 1 billion candidates across several online sources and help recruiters to engage candidates in a fully automated yet meaningful and personalized way. We are an early stage startup with a passion for building an impactful product.

The Job

We’re looking for a customer support representative who can help users and customers of our software to resolve issues and be more successful.

The HeroHunt.ai product is used by recruiters across the globe and has a strong variety of customers in terms of cultures and sentiment. In this role you’re responsible for communicating with our users and customers in English and guide them through our software product.  

The most important goal of the customer support rep is to increase the happiness of the customers of HeroHunt.ai.

You’ll do this on a day-to-day basis:

  • Providing customer support through Intercom
  • Sharing customer feedback with the product team
  • Writing help articles
  • Maintaining and improving help articles 
  • Structuring and improving the customer support function
  • Improving customer service automations 
  • Potentially building out the customer support team 

Requirements:

  • Must haves: strong communicator in English, has worked for a product driven software company
  • Nice to have skills: SaaS, customer success, sales
  • Startup or scaleup experience preferable

Experience:

  • 2-8 years experience in customer support related roles.

How we work (remote)

We are a remote-first team. We work both synchronously (overlapping work times) as async (no overlapping work times). Generally speaking, most of the time is synchronous so you can communicate real-time with team members.

We don’t cut on software costs which means you will have all the tools available that you need to do your work (Slack, automation software, other subscriptions).
