Recruiter (base salary + commission)

We’re looking for a recruiter who recruits for our clients by using the highly automated recruitment software that we build ( + RecruitGPT).

About this position is a software product that recruiters use to find 1 billion candidates across several online sources and help recruiters to engage candidates in a fully automated yet meaningful and personalized way. We are an early stage startup with a passion for building an impactful product.

The Job

We’re looking for a recruiter who recruits for our clients by using the software that we build ( + RecruitGPT).

The product is used by recruiters across the globe. In certain cases our customers require the help of a recruiter to hire for their positions. 

You’ll do this and many more things:

  • Recruit at a high pace for a variety of positions
  • Find candidates through HeroHunt Search and automate outreach with HeroHunt Engage
  • Follow up with candidates after they have replied
  • Select the right recruitment opportunities from our existing pipeline (some sales activities might be part of your job)
  • Potentially building out a team of recruiters


  • Must haves: been in a recruitment role with focus on passive candidate recruitment, tech recruitment, strong interest in recruitment automation
  • Nice to have skills: startup recruitment, profile search engines and outreach automation tools 
  • English: speaking and writing fluently


  • 2-8 years experience in recruitment, experience with recruiting passive candidates.

How we work (remote)

We are a remote-first team. We work both synchronously (overlapping work times) as async (no overlapping work times). Generally speaking, most of the time is synchronous so you can communicate real-time with team members.

We don’t cut on software costs which means you will have all the tools available that you need to do your work (Slack, automation software, other subscriptions).

We work with sprints of two weeks in which we finish our tickets (deliverables). Tickets are set every beginning of the sprint and estimated. We keep each other in check to whether we challenge ourselves hard enough and at the same time be realistic. 

We learn a bit more everyday on how to balance the right level of challenge and what’s realistic. That way we improve quickly as a team and as professionals.
