Sales Executive (SaaS)

We’re looking for a SaaS sales executive who can take ownership over the sales process at for bigger customers and who manages upmarket deals.

About this position is a software product that recruiters use to find 1 billion candidates across several online sources and help recruiters to engage candidates in a fully automated yet meaningful and personalized way. We are an early stage startup with a passion for building an impactful product.

The Job

We’re looking for a SaaS sales executive who can take ownership over the sales process at for bigger customers and who manages the bigger deals.

The product is used by recruiters across the globe and has a strong variety of customers in terms of cultures and sentiment. But at the same time we have a clear ideal customer and value proposition.

The most important function of the sales executive is to increase upmarket deal amounts and sizes. The majority of customers are now still self-serve customers, but there is great potential in upmarket deals: bigger recruitment agencies and companies with 10+ recruiters.

Your mission is to increase the value for and of upmarket customers.

We currently have a high lead > deal conversion and an average deal cycle of just 2 months for bigger customers (for small customers it’s days).   

You’ll do this and many more things:

  • Account-based sales by communication across economic and user buyers in different customer segments (big agencies, scaleups, enterprise)
  • Providing customer demos (most sales meetings are automatically booked in your calendar through our organic inbound channels, so not much cold work for you)
  • Cross- and upsell products to customers
  • Handover to customer success, stay involved for upsell and network selling
  • Improving the high touch sales process and sales process efficiency (automation)
  • Potentially building out a team of sales execs


  • Must haves: excellent SaaS sales understanding, track record in deals with 500+ empl. accounts, experience with sales automation
  • Nice to have skills: customer success, marketing, HubSpot, Zapier
  • English: speaking and writing fluently
  • Startup or scaleup experience preferable


  • 2-8 years experience in sales or in recruitment with sales responsibility.

How we work (remote)

We are a remote-first team. We work both synchronously (overlapping work times) as async (no overlapping work times). Generally speaking, most of the time is synchronous so you can communicate real-time with team members.

We don’t cut on software costs which means you will have all the tools available that you need to do your work (Slack, automation software, other subscriptions).

We work with sprints of two weeks in which we finish our tickets (deliverables). Tickets are set every beginning of the sprint and estimated. We keep each other in check to whether we challenge ourselves hard enough and at the same time be realistic. 

We learn a bit more everyday on how to balance the right level of challenge and what’s realistic. That way we improve quickly as a team and as professionals.
