What is Unstructured Interview

An unstructured interview is a type of interview in which the interviewer does not ask the interviewee any predetermined questions, but instead allows the conversation to flow naturally. This type of interview is often used to get a more personal and in-depth look at the interviewee.

Unstructured Interview explained

Unstructured interviews are the most common type of interview, and usually the first step in the interview process. They are also the least formal type of interview. In an unstructured interview, the interviewer does not have a set list of questions and instead relies on conversation to gather information from the candidate.

This type of interview allows the interviewer to get a better sense of the candidate's personality and how they would fit in with the company culture. It also allows the candidate to ask questions about the job and the company.
