Arbor Associates has been serving partners in the field of Human Services throughout New England for more than 30 years. Founded by experienced human service providers, we started from a strong foundation and today have a time-earned understanding of the needs of our customers. Our office staff is comprised of trained, experienced Human Service and Childcare professionals with varying backgrounds, licenses and certifications, many of who have worked previously in direct care organizations. They bring an informed perspective that helps Arbor maintain a high level of quality in the delivery of our services.
Our field staff are generally recognized as the best available. Our screening, on-boarding and retention processes assure that they have (and maintain) a wide variety of credentials and training that allow them to service programs with very specific requirements – and to fit right in with existing relief staff.
