We split the role of one person into 3 parts so for 44 hours you get a full stack recruiting team. That's a full cycle recruiter who can source and take calls, a top funnel sourcer to sustain volume and a manager overseeing strategy, volume and quality. Contracts are flexible and scale in 10 hour increments from 15 to 100+ recruiter/sourcer hours weekly, weighted heavily towards top funnel sourcing.
