Nearly 60 million Americans report some sort of disability, which represents a huge potential candidate pool with marketable skills and assets waiting to get back to work. At ERS, we work with individuals who are recipients of SSI and/or SSDI benefits who are between the ages of 18 and 64 who participate in the Social Security Administration's Ticket to Work Program.
We pre-screen candidates for openings in organizations looking to attain their diversity goals, reduce turnover, and receive Work Opportunity Tax Credits.
