Selexi was founded in 1999 with the specific objective of establishing itself in the recruiting field, conducted with multiple – choice tests. Until today, Selexi has managed thousands of selection procedures, mainly for contests held by Public Administrations, and for entrance tests for some of the most important Italian Universities. Selexi takes care with its own resources and professionalism of all phases of the implementation of its services, thanks to a team of professionals, divided between the offices in Milan, Turin and Rome. Owner of a software for conducting selection procedures, assessment and orientation tests in computerized mode, during the last years Selexi has created a network of exam centers on a worldwide scale, in order to deliver its tests remotely in any state in the world. In 2015, in order to consolidate its leadership in the peculiar field of Computer Based Testing, Selexi has test centers based on its three sites in Milan, Rome and Turin, which, when fully operational, will reach 1,700 locations. The company, which is constantly growing, counts about 40 people. It is based in Milan, Turro area, near Viale Monza.
