We refer to this as our Integrated Talent Matching Model (ITMM). Our assessments cover functional and behavioral parameters to deliver a perfect match. In case of JAVA that would mean a coding test, an interview with our JAVA expert and finally a composite score. We are highly selective. Only 15% of all candidates that we screen are included in our talent pool.
