Sovren was a Texas-based resume and job parsing and matching software maker. Textkernel announced the acquisition in November 2021 and folded Sovren into the Textkernel brand in December 2023.
Sovren, the resume and job parsing software, was acquired by Textkernel in 2021 and merged into the Textkernel brand in 2023. Textkernel is owned by Bullhorn. Sovren built resume and job order parsing and semantic matching software for staffing agencies, HR software vendors, job boards and corporations, sold through an API and SDK. The Dutch company Textkernel announced its acquisition of Sovren on 30 November 2021, and on 14 December 2023 Textkernel merged Sovren and its other acquisitions under the single Textkernel brand. Bullhorn then acquired Textkernel in June 2024, and sovren.com now redirects to a combined Sovren and Textkernel page on textkernel.com.
