If you are a large enterprise and you have sourcing specialists in your team who focus on finding talent and have the required sourcing training, you can consider SeekOut as a possible solution.

SeekOut requires advanced knowledge on Boolean searching and interpreting search parameters. Training is offered by SeekOut but is charged for additionally.

What are alternatives to SeekOut?

There are several alternatives in the market to SeekOut. Some are free and some are paid.

We have listed your best alternative options to consider to SeekOut:

1. Use your free LinkedIn account to find profiles

You can use your free LinkedIn account to find LinkedIn profiles. You can send connection invites or try to find an email address of the candidate with a contact finder tool.

A free LinkedIn account has some limitations though, because you can only do so many searches per month before the search feature is disabled.

But you can search LinkedIn from other places as well.

Most of the time, these search engines also provide profiles from other platforms where candidates can be found, like GitHub and Stack Overflow.

An example is HeroHunt.ai (starting at $99) which finds 1 billion profiles worldwide across LinkedIn, GitHub and Stack Overflow and lets you reach out automatically with personalized messages.
